Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Referraly (“the Service”), a referral management platform operated by Referraly. By signing up, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam and data-privacy laws. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, scrape data without authorization, or transmit harmful code.

3. Referrals, Leads, and Payments

Referraly provides tools to track referrals, manage contacts, and record payouts. We do not guarantee lead quality, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. You are solely responsible for the terms of any referral agreement with your contacts and for issuing rewards.

4. Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Resend, Twilio, and Novu. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data-handling practices of those providers.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from contacts whose information you store or communicate with through the Service.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Referraly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
